What do I need to do the workout?
You will need a Yoga mat to protect your precious knees, lots of H2O, a sweat towel to wipe all that goodness off your hot bod' plus a big smile.
How long is the DVD?
1 hour split into 12 unique workouts. But trust me, it is going to go super quick!
Will the DVD work on my DVD player?
The DVD is Region 4 PAL encoded. This is the Australian standard, however this is different to other parts of the world, including the UK and the USA. The standard in the UK is Region 2 PAL. Region 4 discs will play if you have an all-region DVD player. The standard in the USA is Region 1 NTSC. Region 4 discs will play if you have an all-region DVD player AND/OR a TV player which is PAL compatible.

Who can do the Workout?
Anyone! It has a low & high intensity option so that anyone can do it! You can drag your Husband in, get your kids to join you or even have a girls night in! Just give it a go & have fun! We have teenagers, grandmothers, athletes & mothers doing this Workout!

Well, where do we start?
We have only 4 movements per track so that it's easy to follow, remember & master!
We do it all. You will do Cardio, Plyo, Dance, Sculpting & Stretching all in one class so you dont have to go to 5 different classes each week to get that kick. We know you aint got time for that!

When should I do the Workout?
You can do the full workout whenever you like. You can even split it up and do 10 minutes in the morning or squeeze in a 30 minute session on your lunch break or before a big night out. You can take it on holidays, play it on your PC or do it with your family infront of the TV.
Should I drink Water during the workout?
Not drinking enough water before class, forgetting a water bottle to sip during class, and steamy temps are surefire ways to put you on a path to dehydration doom. Staying hydrated while exercising is important because of the added sweat loss. Tossing back some H2O while working out can also help us fight fatigue and prolong endurance. So, before you turn into a sultana its important you drink a little before the workout, during so we don't lose electrolytes & after to top up!
Do I need to do anything before the Workout?

My order has arrived damaged. What should I do?
Should your order arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement, exchange or refund. If any item in your order has a cracked case (the clear DVD or CD case), contact us and we will ship you a replacement case at no extra charge.

1. Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase

Contact The Jungle Body at and notify us of your intended exchange or return. To post the item, you will need to purchase a prepaid plastic satchel at your local post officeIncluded the following items in your satchel:

The receipt for the satchel and postage
Please hold onto the tracking number for your package once you have posted it
Once your package is received by The Jungle Body, your exchange or refund shall be processed immediately. Expenses associated with postage shall not be refunded on any return items. Postage refunds only apply for full price items intended for exchange or if the DVD is faulty.This shall be refunded to the credit card or Paypal account which customers used to purchase the DVD.
